Whystock fair value is estimated using a trailing P/E model adjusted for return on equity: Fair P/E = 18 + (ROE × 20). Fair Value = (Current Price ÷ Trailing P/E) × Fair P/E. A base P/E of 18 represents a typical market multiple, scaled upward for companies that earn high returns on equity.
