1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Whystock ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms are between you and Bureau7 LLC.

2. Not financial advice

Everything on Whystock — including prices, valuations, AI-generated narratives, entry signals, technical indicators, and any other analysis — is provided for informational and research purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or an offer to buy or sell any security.

Market data may be delayed by 15 minutes or more. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decision.

3. No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bureau7 LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates accept no liability for any losses, damages, or costs — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or reliance on any information displayed on it.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card is required to start.
• After the trial, continued access to Pro features requires an active paid subscription ($15/month or $150/year).
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the underlying source code or APIs.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and AI-generated analysis on Whystock is the property of Bureau7 LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to circumvent subscription controls, without prior notice or refund.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
