II shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor of the special-purpose acquisition company’s merger with Pasqal, a French developer of neutral-atom quantum computers, which trap and manipulates individual particles with lasers. “We want the world to know Pasqal, because we are doing something real,” CEO Wasiq Bokhari said in an interview with Barron’s. “We are solving real problems today, not in the future.”
